TMC-49 is a two-phased coolant aimed at data centers and electronic products for immersion cooling because of its prominent thermal stability and excellent efficacy of heat radiation.  TMC-49 is non-flammable, insoluble in water, and not hazardous to human health. TMC-49 is a hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) dielectric fluid with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a very low GWP of 20.
