TMC Industries is your partner in the distillation of your specialty chemicals. We provide tolling services for heat-sensitive materials, using deep vacuum molecular distillation, either as an intermediate or final step in the manufacturing process of your chemistries.

 

For over 40 years, TMC has provided "value-added" toll distillation services to assorted market segments, including cosmetic, food, flavor, fragrance, nutraceuticals, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polymer and specialty chemical industries. Our distillation services include purification, deodorization, separation, decolorization, fractionation, concentration and more.

 

TMC specializes in short-path, thin-film, ultra-short residency, medium and high deep vacuum distillation of thermally sensitive, medium to high molecular weight compounds using centrifugal molecular stills.  We also utilize packed-column stills and spinning-band stills to fractionate and concentrate various chemical compounds.
