Shipping Time -- Most domestic orders received before 2:00PM Central Time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major US holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by the carrier as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).If you need to return an item, please contact us at (800) 772-8179.
