About
AD-7500 is a direct replacement for 3M Novec 7500 offering the same chemistry and physical properties. AD-7500 is also offered under the trade names Electronic Fluorinated Fluid PFE-50 & TF-7500 in various parts of the world.
AD-7500 possesses many of the inert and dielectric properties of perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs), making them suitable for many single-phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
